**Prices include any type of residential property. No minimum or maximum square footage and developed basement is included.

**3D Virtual Tour, 2D Floor Plans and RMS Measurements will be delivered within 2 business days. Measurements are taken from the floor plans which need to be sent away to be processed. Floor plans will often need to be modified so that we can best customize your plans resulting in the need to have the 2 business days to process. It is important to note that tours, plans and measurements taken on Thursday will be delivered Monday and if taken on Friday will delivered the following Tuesday. We will do our very best to get them to you as soon as possible!
**Please note that Matterport and Photographer Technicians are not responsible for staging the home. In order for the technician to be most efficient, lights should be on and the home should be prepared for photos/tours.
**Please treat the apt as you would a showing when possible as it is very challenging for the tech's to shoot when there are people/animals in the house. If anything in the home changes during the scanning (ie, door is opened/closed or an animal walks through the shot, the scan will not properly stitch which may result in needing to have the tech come back). We know it's not always possible but it's always very appreciated when the home is empty!

Why hire a professional?
It goes without saying that most decisions about a home are made online and the images that you display on your listing can often be one of the deciding factors as to whether or not an online view turns into a visit.
The photographer you choose should have the ability to capture the home so that it drives people to the property but without leaving them disappointed when they walk through the front door. There is nothing worse than over promising and under delivering.
Our photographer uses top of the line equipment and the appropriate lens so that the buyers can view professional but accurate images online which will inevitably drive more people to your listing.

Additional Images of the Community

(including, lakes, shops, schools, parks, C-train station, downtown, etc) **Please note that these images will be above and beyond the package that was ordered. Please indicate in the "notes" section" on the booking page which images you would like taken.
What is included with every package:

All photos are high quality and offer great range and vantage points.

Top of the line camera equipment and professional software used for each shoot.

Two sets of images will be included to accommodate resolution requirements for print and Matrix.

All images will have a 24 - 36 hour turn around, unless otherwise specified (Friday images will be delivered on Monday > excluding long weekends). Should you need your images sooner, please indicate so in the notes on the booking page so we can do our best to accommodate you. For any custom shoots that may fall outside of the packages offered, please contact us for more information.

Please note that photo packages will include the home, yard and any park an/or amenity requested that is located on the same street.
