**Prices include any type of residential property. No minimum or maximum square footage and developed basement is included.
**3D Virtual Tour, 2D Floor Plans and RMS Measurements will be delivered within 2 business days. Measurements are taken from the floor plans which need to be sent away to be processed. Floor plans will often need to be modified so that we can best customize your plans resulting in the need to have the 2 business days to process. It is important to note that tours, plans and measurements taken on Thursday will be delivered Monday and if taken on Friday will delivered the following Tuesday. We will do our very best to get them to you as soon as possible!
**Please note that Matterport and Photographer Technicians are not responsible for staging the home. In order for the technician to be most efficient, lights should be on and the home should be prepared for photos/tours.
**Please treat the apt as you would a showing when possible as it is very challenging for the tech's to shoot when there are people/animals in the house. If anything in the home changes during the scanning (ie, door is opened/closed or an animal walks through the shot, the scan will not properly stitch which may result in needing to have the tech come back). We know it's not always possible but it's always very appreciated when the home is empty!
